I've had a lot of work done on my Dodge Ram 4x4 here. They've replaced both upper and lower A-arms due to wear and sloppiness over the years as well as several routine alignments. Even though I've had to come back a couple times for follow ups, they have ALWAYS stood behind their work and have made it right. I attribute a small part of this due to the auto leveling system that stays on for a period of time even with the engine off. It has to be manually disabled through the display. Unless the technician is familiar with this, he would never know. This, in turn, can change the geometry of the front end which makes aligning it a pain and not necessarily a true alignment. Not their fault but a cause of a return visit or two. Emily is always upbeat and cheerful. She treats all customers like a friend. Brandon is polite and straight forward. No pressure and sincere in his word. Very much appreciated. Definitely a honest and reliable shop to do work on your vehicles. This is coming from a guy that normally does all his own wrenching and is not easily impressed.
